I did many things and went many places, because 2005 was the year in which I discovered 43things.com, and so this is the year in which I logged everything.
The biggest news this year is that I was finally readmitted to Cal Poly after going to the community college off-and-on part-time for seven years. I am a two years away (I think) from finishing my degree. I need to sit down with someone in the advising center to see if this is true.
There was this one time… where I was at work… and I turned around in my chair and David was sitting there.
Dr. Dobson and his family were waiting for a restaurant table at the same time that my family and I were waiting for one. We didn’t want to intrude, but while he was gone for a moment, my mother approached his wife and asked if they really were Mr. & Mrs. Dobson. She replied in the affirmative and the two chatted for a minute. The guy sitting and waiting next to us asked if they were famous. Ha ha.
As the Dobsons finished eating, Dr. Dobson was kind enough to come over to our table to introduce himself, shook hands and really chatted it up. He was a thoroughly nice man and a pleasure to meet.
